By the end of this course, you will gain hands-on expertise in supporting end users and working within IT, ERP, and CRM environments using tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
Our diploma program offers a deep dive into the necessary technical knowledge required to thrive as a PC Support Technician. You’ll learn about computer systems, operating systems, networking, and the essentials of hardware and software, all of which are vital for a successful career in computer support.
The program will prepare you to troubleshoot, configure, and resolve technical issues for end users, covering both Microsoft Windows and Linux environments.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
